What is the turn around time for delivery?
We know you want your new appliance fast — that's why we offer same-day delivery when your order is placed by noon EST. Can't make the same-day cutoff? We also offer convenient next-day delivery, or standard delivery within one week, so you can pick whichever option fits your schedule and budget. Is removal of my broken or unwanted appliance an option?
Absolutely — for just $19.95, our delivery team will haul away your old or broken appliance at the same time they deliver your new one, so you don't have to lift a finger or make a separate trip. It's a simple way to upgrade without the hassle of disposing of your old unit yourself. Do you offer hookup service?
Yes — for $19.95, our delivery team will professionally connect your new appliance for you, including hot and cold water hoses, fridge water lines, and dryer vents, so it's ready to use the moment they leave. How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is FREE when you spend over $699 pre-tax on appliances — one more reason to bundle your purchase and save. Don't hit that threshold? Local delivery within 25km of our distribution center is just $74.95, with next-day delivery available for $109.95 and same-day delivery (ordered before noon EST) for $149.95.
Deliveries are scheduled between 8AM-8PM, and our delivery company will give you a courtesy call the day before, followed by another call roughly 20 minutes to 3 hours before arrival so you're never left guessing.

When is payment due for your order?
With buy now, pay later, you can get your appliance today without paying a cent today — payments are split into manageable installments through AfterPay & Humm. If you're paying by credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay, payment is simply made at checkout. If you choose E-Transfer Auto Deposit, payment is due within 2 hours of placing your order to keep your delivery or pickup on schedule.
