How do I place an order?

Do you sell new appliance parts?
Yes, call us to order. We have over 3 million parts and ship same day. We stock and can order parts from all manufacturers and brands.
Do you offer appliance repair service?
Yes, call, email, or fill out of online booking form. We have same day service availble with upfront pricing. Parts and labour guaranteed for 60 days.
What Services Do You Offer?
Dishwasher installation service, washer and dryer stacking service, and many other services offered under the services tab/page.
Same Day Appliance Delivery Or Curbside Pickup
What is the turn around time for delivery?
As early as same day delivery (if ordered by noon). We also offer next-day delivery, or within one week delivery.
Is removal of my broken or unwanted appliance an option?
Yes, removal service is only $19.95.
Do you offer hookup service?
Yes, hookup is only $19.95 (connecting hot and cold hoses, fridge water lines, and dryer vents).
How much does delivery cost?
Local delivery is FREE when spending over $699 pre-tax on appliances.
Local delivery within 25kms of our distribution center is $74.95.
Next-day delivery is $109.95, and same-day delivery is $149.95 (when ordered before noon EST).
Deliveries are done between 8AM-8PM, and the delivery company will provide a courtesy call the day before, and roughly 20 minutes to 3 hours before arrival.
Is pick-up an option?
Yes, we have curbside pickup in Hyde Park London, by appointment.
Payment
What forms of payment do you accept?
E-Transfer auto deposit (preferred), PayPal, credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Buy now pay later with AfterPay which has 0 fees and 0% interest.
When is payment due for your order?
Using buy now pay later, you can get your appliances today without paying today. Otherwise, payment is made at checkout. If paying by E-Transfer Auto Deposit, payment is due within 2 hours of placing the order.
